What is on this weekend?

Try a free class

We are hosting four free gym sessions and classes across both days of our open weekend. Run by our experienced and supportive instructors, these classes are a great environment to get moving, keep fit and meet new people. Who knows? Maybe you'll find a great new addition to your fitness journey!

Note: class space is limited - places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis

Have a look around our gym

Our gym is a quiet, calm and uncrowded space, perfect for beginners who may be less confident, or anyone who just prefers a more relaxed environment. Kitted out with 30+ stations, and with guidance from all of our personal trainers, there is something for everyone with any goal in our gym.

Have a brew and a butty in our cafe

Join us in our newly refurbished cafe for a tea, coffee or hot drink, along with a selection of hot food including bacon and sausage butties. Why not treat yourself to a selection of our sweet treats and snacks too!
